各課題組：
為促進我院與澳大利亞聯(lián)邦科學與工業(yè)研究組織（CSIRO）在重點優(yōu)先領域開展“優(yōu)勢互補、互利共贏”的實質性合作，鼓勵開展跨學科研究及與第三方機構或企業(yè)的合作，院國際合作局現(xiàn)征集2022年度CAS-CSIRO合作研究項目。
一、項目申報要求及資助方式
1. 合作項目須符合下列領域及方向：
1）氣候變化影響：a) Develop strategies to reduce the negative impacts of drought cycles by making use of current climate change information或b) Use forecasts and predictions to reduce risks in agricultural production from increased climate variability
2）可持續(xù)農業(yè)與作物育種：a) Drought Resilience: building resilience from drought, improving profitability of farms in low rainfall years and reducing soil losses或b) Trusted agrifood exports: building trust in the safety quality and provenance of our agrifood exports to access high value markets and grow export premiums或c) Future protein mission: transforming existing
3）健康與生物技術: Infectious disease resilience: antimicrobial resistance and vaccine development
4）納米技術與新能源材料：a) Hydrogen Industry: chemical hydrogen storage, transport, and industrial scale hydrogen utilization或b) Solar cells, solar fuels, and integration system
5） 海洋科學與藍色經濟：a） Blue economy and sustainable development: Increase production in fishery/aquaculture while protecting the environment 或 b) Developing tools, environmental analyses to support food security and production from fisheries and aquaculture或c) Support sustainable offshore and coastal development或 d) Ecosystem-based fisheries management或 e) Enable sustainable multiple use/marine bioregional/spatial planning by delivering innovative decision support solutions或 f) Conservation of marine biodiversity: delivering monitoring and evaluation tools and intervention strategies focusing on enabling ecosystem resilience and/or restoration或g) De-carbonising the economy: marine carbon storage (blue carbon and carbon capture and storage)或 h) Renewable energy technologies that will enable low-carbon transition pathways for blue economy sectors
2. 中方牽頭單位應為中國科學院下屬單位，澳方合作伙伴單位應為CSIRO下屬研究部門。
3. 每個項目執(zhí)行周期3年。
4. 中科院與CSIRO將擇優(yōu)支持5個項目，每個領域支持1個項目。對于獲批項目，雙方總部將分別提供100萬元人民幣及相當金額的澳元的經費支持，項目執(zhí)行單位須按不少于1:1的比例提供匹配經費支持。項目還須包括第三方投入。（詳見附件3）
5. 正在執(zhí)行中科院與CSIRO合作項目的人員，不能申請2022年度合作項目。
二、項目申報辦法
1. 從即日起開始申報，截止日期為2021年9月10日。
2. 申請人須通過院ARP國際合作模塊中的“國際伙伴計劃”模塊填寫項目可行性報告，請在項目類別選擇“中澳CSIRO項目”。需上傳的附件包括：
1）英文申請表（見附件1）。申請人必須在與CSIRO合作伙伴充分協(xié)商項目合作內容，共同用英文逐項填寫；
2）項目雙方主要負責人的簡歷；
3）第三方同意參與并投入資金的支持信（見附件2）；
4）研究所出具關于合作項目知識產權管理的意見書。闡明以下內容：該項目是否涉及知識產權分配問題；如涉及，知識產權的分配是否符合研究所的相關規(guī)定。
三、項目評審和管理
1. 中科院與CSIRO雙方將對項目申請分別進行評審，并根據雙方的評審結果協(xié)商確定資助項目；
2. 資助項目將于2021年12月前確定；
3. 獲得資助的項目須在2022年2月28日前簽署合作協(xié)議并在2022年9月1日前提交第三方投入證明材料，逾期將影響項目撥款。
