致力于基于核磁共振技術(shù)的蛋白質(zhì)-蛋白質(zhì)、蛋白質(zhì)-小分子相互作用研究,重點(diǎn)圍繞與人類疾病相關(guān)的蛋白質(zhì)質(zhì)量控制相關(guān)調(diào)控蛋白和底物蛋白開(kāi)展工作,探索闡明分子伴侶Hsp90、去泛素化酶USP20、USP25和USP28等的功能調(diào)控分子機(jī)制和結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ);發(fā)現(xiàn)靶向Hsp90和USP28、USP25、USP2等的抑制劑和變構(gòu)調(diào)節(jié)劑,并在分子和細(xì)胞水平闡明它們的效應(yīng)機(jī)制;發(fā)現(xiàn)靶向淀粉樣蛋白異常聚集(Aβ、α-synuclein等)的小分子化學(xué)伴侶并解析它們的效應(yīng)機(jī)制等。
