

主要從事靶向遞藥系統(tǒng)和生物活性載體材料研究。研究內(nèi)容主要包括:1)利用協(xié)同遞送策略,發(fā)展新型納米載藥系統(tǒng),主動調控腫瘤免疫微環(huán)境,抗腫瘤轉移和復發(fā);2)通過分子設計,構建腫瘤微環(huán)境響應納米載藥系統(tǒng)克服腫瘤組織和細胞生理屏障,提高藥物轉運效率,顯著改善腫瘤化療和RNA干擾治療效果;3)從分子、細胞和組織層面揭示納米載藥系統(tǒng)抗腫瘤耐藥和轉移的關鍵作用機制。主持基金委“優(yōu)青”基金、面上項目和科技部“973”課題等多項國家級科研項目。發(fā)表SCI論文100余篇,包括Science Immunology, Nature Communication和Advanced Materials等期刊。申報中國發(fā)明專利11項,授權5項,新藥技術轉讓1項。擔任Mater Exp 副主編和多個國內(nèi)外期刊編委,在重要學術會議作邀請或分會報告40余次。
