現(xiàn)任中國科學(xué)院上海有機(jī)化學(xué)研究所生命過程小分子調(diào)控全國重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室課題組長。
1.以人類疾病為導(dǎo)向,綜合利用結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)、化學(xué)生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)等多手段的交叉學(xué)科研究,具體包括:研究與癌癥、神經(jīng)退行性疾病相關(guān)的細(xì)胞自噬通路,揭示相關(guān)未知的分子機(jī)制和致病機(jī)理;研究與疾病相關(guān)的重要E3泛素酶和去泛素酶的結(jié)構(gòu)與作用機(jī)制,并研發(fā)相關(guān)的小分子調(diào)節(jié)劑和靶向降解技術(shù),用于后續(xù)相關(guān)的化學(xué)生物學(xué)和潛在的疾病治療研究。
2.活性小分子的化學(xué)生物學(xué)研究,具體包括:天然活性小分子與靶點(diǎn)蛋白相互作用的機(jī)制研究;重要生物合成酶與小分子的互作機(jī)制以及相關(guān)的催化反應(yīng)機(jī)理研究。
