

主要從事分子靶向抗腫瘤藥物特別是靶向PI3K/mTOR通路和腫瘤免疫調(diào)控創(chuàng)新藥物的研究與開(kāi)發(fā),開(kāi)展從藥物研發(fā)、機(jī)制探討和生物標(biāo)志物探尋一體化的藥物研究。作為藥理團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人研發(fā)的1.1類新藥處于國(guó)際II期臨床試驗(yàn)。在STTT,Cancer Res等國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表SCI 論文90余篇,SCI 他引3000余次,獲國(guó)內(nèi)外專利授權(quán)37項(xiàng)。獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)、上海市自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)(均為第三完成人)等學(xué)術(shù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)
