綜合利用X射線晶體衍射、溶液核磁共振、冷凍電鏡以及分子生物學(xué)等手段研究蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)與功能,闡釋蛋白質(zhì)之間以及蛋白質(zhì)與小分子化合物之間的相互作用機(jī)制。特別關(guān)注RIPK1激酶在TNFa通路中的復(fù)合物的調(diào)控機(jī)制。
