針對(duì)均相和非均相金屬催化中的重要科學(xué)問題,如金屬間基團(tuán)轉(zhuǎn)移、電子傳遞的調(diào)控和規(guī)律、金屬間的協(xié)同效應(yīng)、金屬的簇集和催化等,融合物理有機(jī)化學(xué)、金屬有機(jī)化學(xué)和無機(jī)配位化學(xué)等領(lǐng)域的研究成果和手段,致力于研究多金屬物種參與的反應(yīng)體系,包括通過多金屬協(xié)同催化實(shí)現(xiàn)挑戰(zhàn)性的轉(zhuǎn)化過程和探究?jī)?nèi)在規(guī)律、仿酶的雙多核金屬催化劑的開發(fā)和金屬團(tuán)簇催化等。目前課題組通過雙金屬接力催化和多金屬協(xié)同的單電子轉(zhuǎn)移活化等方式實(shí)現(xiàn)了挑戰(zhàn)性的酰胺脫氧官能團(tuán)化(Angew. Soc. 2021, 143, 11799; ACS Catal. 2021, 11, 13696);以及從簡(jiǎn)單豐產(chǎn)金屬鹽出發(fā)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生成亞穩(wěn)態(tài)的金屬納米團(tuán)簇,實(shí)現(xiàn)高效的豐產(chǎn)金屬催化轉(zhuǎn)化(Chin. J. Chem. 2022, 40, 2203; Nat.
