具有重要生理活性的復雜寡糖、糖綴合物及其它天然產(chǎn)物，如：動物糖胺聚糖(如肝素)和特征腫瘤抗原、微生物抗生素、植物和海洋糖苷(如皂甙和黃酮甙)等的全合成、合成方法學和化學生物學. 其它研究內(nèi)容還涉及：中藥；天然產(chǎn)物的分離鑒定；糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶和糖苷水解酶抑制劑；兼親分子的超分子化學等.
