李婉津課題組致力于研究調控多種疾病如脊髓側索硬化癥、阿茲海默癥等神經退行性疾病及腫瘤耐藥過程中炎癥反應的表觀遺傳及基因轉錄調控機制,聯(lián)合分子生物學、細胞生物學和生物信息學等手段對疾病中轉錄活動中的染色質重塑異常和組蛋白修飾變化進行鑒定和探索。
課題組具體研究方向為:
1.細胞死亡、炎癥的關鍵調控分子在細胞核內的表觀遺傳調控功能鑒定;
2.調節(jié)關鍵蛋白細胞核質轉運的小分子藥物的發(fā)現(xiàn)和作用機理研究;
3.人類疾病中染色質重塑復合物的基因突變所造成病理變化的分子機制;
4.腫瘤耐藥過程中的染色質重塑和長鏈非編碼RNA調控機制。
