糖蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)和糖生物學(xué)。利用生物質(zhì)譜、化學(xué)生物學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)和糖生物學(xué)等多學(xué)科交叉優(yōu)勢(shì)開發(fā)高靈敏高通量糖蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)解析新技術(shù),研究蛋白糖基化在疾病中的功能機(jī)制,開發(fā)用于疾病早期診斷的糖蛋白生物標(biāo)志物。
